PRINCIPAL ACTIVITIES
The Company is a mineral exploration company which is presently focused on the exploration of critical and precious minerals
— germanium, gallium, gold, silver, zinc, lead and lithium — across Austria, Argentina, the United States and Canada.
There were no significant changes in the nature of the Company's principal activities during the financial year, other than the
extension of the Group's germanium-gallium portfolio into the United States through the staking of the Apex Project in Utah.
REVIEW OF OPERATIONS
FY2026 was the year in which Battery Age Minerals moved from target generation into systematic drill testing across its two
core growth assets, and in parallel built out an integrated germanium platform spanning exploration, downstream technology
and defence supply chain engagement.
The Company completed its maiden modern diamond drilling programme at the Bleiberg Zinc–Lead–Germanium Project in
Carinthia, Austria — the first drilling in that district since mining ceased in the early 1990’s — and its maiden reverse circulation
drilling programme at the El Aguila Gold–Silver Project in Santa Cruz Province, Argentina. Both programmes were completed
within the year , with results confirming mineralised systems at each project and validating the geological models used for
targeting. The Company also materially expanded its United States position at the Apex Germanium–Gallium Project in Utah
and consolidated its Canadian lithium holdings.
Bleiberg Project — Zinc-Lead-Germanium, Austria
The historical Bleiberg–Kreuth district was mined for over 700 years and is recognised for carbonate hosted, replacement style
sulphide mineralisation with documented germanium enrichment. The historical Bleiberg mine produced approximately 174
tonnes of germanium over its operating life, ranking it as the world’s sixth largest germanium producer at the time of its closure
in 1993. With germanium designated a critical raw material by the European Union and refined supply concentrated in China,
the Company’s Bleiberg project represents one of very few brownfield germanium opportunities within Europe. The Company
holds a 51 per cent interest in its Bleiberg earn-in tenements with rights to increase that interest under the staged earn-in, and
a 100 per cent interest in the Bleiberg West concessions staked directly by the Company.
• Drilling commenced in July 2025 and was completed during the December 2025 quarter. The programme comprised six
diamond drill holes for a total of 1,685 metres, completed by European drilling contractor GEOPS Bohrgesellschaft mbH,
testing the Rubland and Tschöklnock targets within the historic mining corridor. All core was logged, cut and submitted
to ALS Laboratories for analysis.
• At Rubland, three closely spaced holes tested the northern limb of an interpreted regional synclinal structure beneath
and adjacent to areas of historic underground development, intersecting structurally controlled sulphide mineralisation
within favourable carbonate stratigraphy, including 11.0 m at 0.58% Zn+Pb from 124 m in hole 2025BBDH_004 and 6.5
m at 1.77% Zn+Pb from 140 m, including 2.5 m at 3.96% Zn+Pb from 141 m, in hole 2025BBDH_005.
• At Tschöklnock, three holes tested the lower limb of an interpreted syncline over approximately 2 km of strike. Hole
2025BBDH_001 penetrated the Schliewa Fault and returned a zinc anomaly associated with oxidised gossanous and
brecciated carbonate which, at a 0.20% Zn cut-off, extends over 40 m and remains open at depth. A six metre interval
near the end of that hole returned germanium values of up to 9 ppm by fusion analysis.
• Taken together, the programme confirmed a mineralised carbonate hosted system and validated the Company’s
geological model in a district of global significance for germanium.
• Preparation of the 2026 drilling permit application progressed through the period, incorporating potential extensions at
Rubland and historically referenced target areas west of the Antoni and West Shafts of the historical Bleiberg mine.
Additional drilling permit applications were submitted to the Austrian authorities during the June 2026 quarter for holes
targeting potential strike extensions immediately west of the historic operation. Mr Kneer, the Chief Executive Officer
undertook a site visit during that quarter.
• $1,304,275 of exploration expenditure was capitalised at Bleiberg during the year, taking the carrying value of the project
to $2,525,369 at 30 June 2026 (2025: $1,355,062).

El Aguila Project — Gold-Silver, Argentina
El Aguila sits within the Deseado Massif of Santa Cruz Province of Argentina, in a well established precious metals district
bordered by Cerro Moro, Cerro Vanguardia and Don Nicolás. The Company holds its interest in the project under a farm-in
agreement with Fredonia Mining Inc. announced on 31 January 2025.
• During the September 2025 quarter the Company completed an integrated targeting campaign comprising 838 soil
samples, 327 line-km of high resolution ground magnetics over approximately 54 km², 58 line-km of gradient induced
polarisation and resistivity, and compilation of more than 1,400 historic soil assays. The work defined a pipeline of
kilometre scale targets at Profundo, Aguila South Central, Aguila Main East Extension, Verbena and Lagoon.
• Environmental baseline work was finalised, the Environmental Impact Assessment submitted and the maiden drilling
application lodged with the Santa Cruz Mining Ministry during the September 2025 quarter. Initial drilling authorisation
was granted shortly after quarter end.
• The maiden reverse circulation programme was completed during the December 2025 quarter and comprised 23 holes
for 2,565 metres across the Aguila Main, Aguila South and San Cristóbal target areas, with more than 2,400 samples
submitted to ALS Global. All drilling was completed safely and in accordance with approved permits.
• Assay results, received during the March 2026 quarter, confirmed widespread shallow gold–silver mineralisation.
Significant intercepts included 10 m at 17.52 g/t Ag and 0.89 g/t Au from 19 m in EARC25-17, including 1 m at 44.60 g/t
Ag and 2.09 g/t Au from 28 m; 1 m at 203 g/t Ag and 1.56 g/t Au from 83 m in EARC25-03; and 1 m at 7.90 g/t Ag and 9.92
g/t Au from 59 m in EARC25-04.
• Strike extension work defined favourable structural zones over approximately 2.7 km at Aguila Main and 1.5 km at Aguila
South, both of which remain open. At San Cristóbal, mineralisation was identified in a previously untested area.
• The project is being reviewed in-house, integrating geological, geochemical and geophysical datasets to refine
interpretation of the broader mineralised corridor. Permits remain in place to continue drilling, with additional approvals
being progressed to support future diamond drilling targeting depth extensions largely untested below approximately
100 metres.
• $1,457,655 of exploration expenditure was capitalised at El Aguila during the year, taking the carrying value of the project
to $2,022,389 at 30 June 2026 (2025: $564,734).

Apex Project — Germanium-Gallium, Utah, USA
The Apex Mine, also known as the Dixie Mine, was the world’s first operation developed primarily for germanium and gallium
production. The Company’s project lies in the Beaver Dam Mountains approximately 22 km west of St George, Utah.
Mineralisation at the adjacent historic mine project hosted in brecciated and dolomitised Callville Limestone beneath the
Pakoon Dolomite, structurally controlled by the Apex Fault, and the Company’s tenure is interpreted to capture the key
structural corridors and stratigraphic horizons associated with that setting.
• The Company staked 129 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 2,660 acres adjacent to the historic Apex
Mine in October 2025, marking its first germanium and gallium focused asset in North America. A further 51 unpatented
lode mining claims were staked during the March 2026 quarter, securing the Apex East block immediately adjacent to the
historic mine. At 30 June 2026 the project comprised 186 unpatented lode mining claims covering approximately 3,728
acres (15.09 km²) across the Apex North, East and South blocks.
• During the June 2026 quarter the Company completed a high resolution satellite based remote sensing and structural
interpretation study over the three Apex blocks, interpreted by Geo Spectra Pty Ltd. The study integrated newly acquired
WorldView-3 imagery with publicly available ASTER and Sentinel-2A multispectral data and a LiDAR derived digital
elevation model, across approximately 65 km² of detailed coverage within a broader regional study area of approximately
1,500 km².
• Integration of mineral alteration, structural and geological datasets generated 14 first-priority and 7 second-priority
targets, focused on discrete iron oxide and goethite anomalies, clay–carbonate–silica alteration responses, and northwest
and northeast trending fault corridors and their intersections with north–south striking faults. Several priority targets
occur in settings considered analogous to the historic Apex Mine.
• No sampling, drilling or assay results were reported for the Apex Project during the year. Field exploration comprising
surface geological mapping and rock chip and soil sampling of the priority targets is planned to commence in the
September 2026 quarter.

• Costs incurred on the Apex Project during the year were expensed as incurred within project and opportunities evaluation
and are not carried as an exploration and evaluation asset at 30 June 2026.
Cautionary statement. The Apex work reported for the year comprises remote sensing analysis and target generation only. The
geological, alteration and structural interpretations described are derived from satellite imagery and digital elevation model datasets
and represent geological interpretations only. The identified targets require validation through field mapping, sampling and, where
appropriate, drilling. There is no certainty that further exploration will result in the discovery of mineralisation. Mineralisation at the
**adjacent **historic Apex Mine is not necessarily indicative of mineralisation on the Company’s surrounding tenements. No
mineralisation has been discovered or confirmed by the Company on its Apex tenure.
