In 2025 BM8 secured a Farm-In Agreement with Fredonia Mining Inc. to earn up to 80%–100% ownership of the El Aguila Gold & Silver Project in Santa Cruz, Argentina.

In 2023, the province produced 680,000 ounces of gold and 15.2 million ounces of silver, accounting for 42% of Argentina’s total mining exports. Geological studies indicate a structurally controlled, high-grade gold-silver system, with extensive surface mineralization in quartz veins, breccias, and stockworks. With its high-grade potential, strategic location, and experienced exploration team El Aguila represents a transformational growth opportunity for Battery Age Minerals.

The El Aguila Project covers three contiguous license blocks in the Santa Cruz Province.

High-Grade Mineralization – Over 100+ high-grade surface samples, including 174.58 g/t Au and 4,739 g/t Ag.

Strong Geological Potential – Located in a ‘failed caldera’ environment, hosting extensive epithermal quartz veins and breccias with gold-silver mineralization.

Previous Exploration Success – Historical drilling has confirmed high-grade gold and silver mineralization, with highlights including 40.55 g/t Au over 0.55m and 7.00m at 2.48 g/t Au, inc 1.7m at 9.02 g/t Au
